How can I use one like Comgenie's awesome file manager?

Find the patch you want to download put it on the usb to use with file manager find it on the left side of the manager then on the right side go to

dev_hdd0>Games>the code of the game the patch is for (it will be on the disc)>USRDIR
then copy the patch from the left into that folder
