I havent heard any freezing issues with wutang, but I just want to confirm how I can get there safely

I read from psx-scenes that it goes:
I revert back to ofw 3.55 (recovery mode) from kmeaw
Then I install wutang cfw -> geohot -> backup managers

I heard that wutang has no pkg installer but installing geohot over it fixes that right?

Or is it even necessary for me to install geohot over wutang since I have pretty much everything i need installed on kmeaw (or will it be deleted when i update to wutang?)

Lastly, and just a dumb question that simply wants answered for peace of mind: no brick reports on wutang right?
