This thread will be to put all the DLC's and PSN avatars are free or pay
For those who do not know how to upload content to the web payment or free PSN explain it briefly here:
1- upload you must first download, purchase and download content in the background
2. Not installed, Open the Blackbox or Comgenie's awesome filemanager and go to the path: Dev_hdd0/vsh/task and look for the ID of the content and within a PKG Estara, and these files d0.pdb, d1.pdb, f0.pdb
3 - d0.pdb and d1.pdb opened with Notepad or any text editor and many letters appear but among them there will be an address (like if I put an: dsfsdjfbkfsdbfkdwww.NGU.comhdfhgsgfhf)
4 - Copy this address to the forum so that others can download from the PC PKG
5 - install pakage is installed from files
6 - Some pkg reaffirms that are needed, if one does not work try to fix it ...

no!!! i'm trying this for 3days and nights(almost).
first. depending on the #of the folder u found it in...
exmpl: mine is <00000011> on the ps3 i purchased.
and my target ps3 <00000001>..
it installs the dlc flawless, only not visuable in the game itself.After some research i found that the sources dont match.
open param.sfo and a scriptin a furder subdir, u'll see that its a bit more work, ... *there's a reg file that tracks the route it followed.( inside the hexfiles u'll see 1st useraccountnr, the 2nd, nso-on...),<name>dir its downloaded in(out of store), the administater user of ps3 ithink, even the sequence of creating the users.

Ur right!. It's not just installing them, they gotta be activatated somehow. Im trying and trying for success....

Doe's anyone know to make GTA IV Complete Edition Work From HDD? It works from the USB, but when on HDD the loading screens at the beginning are unlimited and never stops. Been trying many things to make it work here also. Can't seem to know why it is so. Can Anyone help please!!?
