2. Download the pkg. Snes9x and install it from the Installed Packaged Files - Folder.
3. Should have an icon on the XMB and the title of Snes9x
4. Download your own picked Rom from the site below.
Extract the file to your USB.
5. Go to Snes9x in XMB.
6. Find Dev Usb001.
7. Find where you put the Rom.
8. Press X on the Rom choice.
9. Enjoy!
