1) Can your account get banned which you are using CF on?( i will be using the CF to do hacked lobbies on WaW and cod4 for now) and has anyone here been banned for using it?

2) Can your ps3 be IP banned or something like that? Like can they ban you totally out of the playstation network on every account and you wont be able to play online on your ps3 then?
