Most likely no... piracy is illegal like Viiruzz said, but playing legitimate backups of games that you own is not illegal... Sony doesn't like it though :carling:

You can get banned for system modification because its jailbroke, which is against there TOS but i hear its unlikely you actually get banned xD

Yup. I forgot that if you own it you can't get banned :rolleyes:
