Use Blackbox FTP v1.2, it's a really good FTP server, find it on google or psgroove.com...

Get the Filezilla client for your computer start it up go to file>new site and put your ps3's ip address in the ip box... then put the port as 21, log-on type normal, put FTPD12345 as the user, NO password or account, press connect and you should be directly connected to your ps3's HDD... go to dev_hdd0>game>(your Black Op's Region code) and look around there...

Place the .pkg wheter it's FTP or File Manager then go to "Install Packege Files" on the XMB. Install it then run and connect it. The directory is in your game code "BLUS#####" or whatever. Then in that is a folder called USRDIR. In there is the EBOOT.
