I have the update in the right folder and my PS3 is updated to OFW 3.55 just like it says in the tutorial. However, whenever I try updating to the custom firmware, it moves it from my flashdrive to the hard drive and then restarts to the Sony updater (or whatever it's called) and then it says, " the latest system software is already installed, there is no need to update."

What am I doing wrong?

I don't have my controller with me so I was using FusaGamepad on my PSP to use it as a controller, but there's no button map to use the PS Button and you have to press that button to go in Recovery Mode..

Soo, guess I'm stuck with this until I get my controller!
