No option to install packages

Once upon a time...

NextGenUpdate

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have upgraded my firmware using 3.55jb(note my ps3 still lists my firmware as 3.55 so that might be the problem) but I am not getting the option to install new packages evverywhere says it is under games but I cannot find it.

Install official firmware through safe mode, then install the JB FW through the XMB.

Turn the ps3 off and on, and try it.

cheers for that, though for some reason it didn't work 1st time, But tried it again and for whatever reason it decided to work.
