You don't need to delete anything, don't worry nothing is going to happen if you still use those apps; you may still use these apps if you are cautious about this situation change the PARAM.SFO if you don't know what I am talking go to the search engine; furthermore the PARAM.SFO changes the name of the apps to a game from what I've heard.
