I want to avoid getting console banned, I understand I will be Black Ops banned . I read the safe update from 3.55 to 3.56, but that doesn't say anything about the File Manager, it talks about the FileZilla one. Anyone know if I update with File Manager on my Ps3, will I get banned . ? And if there's any way to avoid being banned ?

i dont think it matters cause ur gonna get console ban from black ops idk about psn.

Hey since we r asking questions here. If I don't delete the backup managers and update will I get banned? If the answer is yes, then do i delete all the homebrew apps? And I also downloaded like 3 Psn games that were .pkgs. They r warhawk, trine, and burn zombies burn. Do I delete them too?? And if I update do I go back to OFW or jut update from kmeaw's CFW?

You can update without removing the Hombrews, But it's safer to remove everything.

i deleted all of mine

1) Stop getting banned
2) When/If a new CFW comes out, They wont work anyways.

Best bet is to delete them, Just to be on the safe side if you're worrying about getting banned

You can get perma-banned (console) on CoBO servers on PS3, happened to me.
