Ok why would sony make a new update if they no that we would just make another cfw?

I read on p.v.h.a.x that some one attempted to do this but when he was copying the info to his ps3 the ps3 shut off when he turns it on the ps3 was bricked. Either he doesnt no what the hell he was doing or sony made a way to stop us i seriously doubt they did. But I Dont no I wouldnt install any cfw if their isnt video proof of the person installing it.. Just to be on the safe side.
