There is no way to downgrade yet. and dont install jailbroken CFW on top of 3.56 you will have a great chance of getting banned.

Okay so you could reformat your ps3 and get the 3.55 patch, install that patch then, put the 3.55 JB on and then bypass the patch. I just bypassed the patch straight away, and yea also if you try and put another JB on the 3.56 chances are you could get banned, i don't know what the chances are of getting banned but people have and the only thing the patch done was put a security file on the ps3 so, the choice is yours or you could be a legit ps3 owner and not get the full potential of the ps3.

hope i helped and btw if you are still on 3.55 and you don't wanna update just bypass the patch by leaving everything automatic until DNS settings and put 67.202.81.137 as both primary and secondary and you should bypass the patch this worked for me.
