Also since the court date hasn't came yet. This means that if he breaks the restraining order he will HAVE to plea guilty to ALL charges, to the judges consent. So he would be smart to not even use a ps3 now. Or else Sony could make up lies and make him guilty. He will probably loose though it's the truth, odds are against him.

Geohot will probably not release a 3.56 CFW until the TRO is over.
