fully restoring it doesn't change your PS3 MAC address /facepalm so your answer is NO

Nah, I found out a way to get unbanned easily by only using two materials...

Get a heavy duty magnet.
Take out your PS3's HDD or just rub the magnet underneath the PS3.
Do this about 10-20 times constantly "down the road" swiping.
Your PS3 needs to be on, remember this.
When it freezes, unplug it.
Now do this to your computer while you are running 50% or more of your CPU. So open about 100-500 browser windows running a few youtube videos in each.

PC: Free of viruses and such.
PS3: Downgrade.
