First remove the DNS off you PS3 Network settings.
Goto Proxy -> Use
Under Address:
bypass356.servehttp.com
Under Port:
7070

This will be patched with DNS.

still not working put automatic DNS and checked the proxy to make sure i put in right and still asks me to update

Only gess is you didnt put port 7070 you put 8080? or you ISP blocking
