but idc im staying at 3.55 unless they start releasing awesome home brew for 3.6 i stay offline anyways
and yes there are ps3 3.56 CFW under development
moral of this story 2 ps3 ftw with sonys new tos i would be skeptical about psn because the way i understand it 3.56 was a way to encourage CFW users to go legit
but idc CFW FTW
the one i know of dustin something doesnt want it spreading like wildfire to attract sonys attention but he is close just a error with pkg installer but i needs to be on the dl

ok on pc, you can extract their BSA files, then they can mode things like their radio station, or other things like the meshs, this just increases the more you can mod in the game

no, esp files are just moddifed coding, you cant add anything new in the game like textures.
this mite be confusing to you, i figure you would say "what about that cheat terminal", the answer is cause that cheat terminal is just a terminal that has alot of coding on it, nothing really different in the game, the terminal isnt new its just an object in the game files that someone coded to copy n place somewhere else.
in other words in english...
if you unpack .BSA files and edit them, then pack them back up, you could possibly put usable cars or new weapons, or even create your own art to put in the game, you could change the game in your own way, like you could even make a new radio station called "Eminems Recovery Station" and play eminem music on it.
by the way.. i already found a program that can extract the files, someone showd me i just never updated my status yet. ill post a thread about it after i beat mass effect 2.

that is truly remarkable, i didnt know any of that
maybe you could show me how to do this? I love fallout nv... as much as i did with fo3... id really like to learn how to make my own stuff in the game and make it enjoyable like you described that would be awesome!
