There is no way to change patch once you've updated to the new firmware.
All the homebrew, (FTP Server, File Manager, etc.) are all signed to work on the 3.55 CFW, therefore they wont work on the new 3.56 firmware.
You're pretty much stuck with the last MW2 patch you put on before you updated, untill the 3.56 CFW comes out which should be soon.
