Do a barrel roll!
Make a folder called ASSASSIN_ISO inside the USRDIR folder i.e:
PS3_GAME>USRDIR>ASSASSIN_ISO

Search and you will find that people DO HAVE THIS PROBLEM just because you didn't doesn't mean everybody else doesn't. I'll leave once I help anybody thats havin a problem with this game out.
