there was never any believable proof only vids which were taken with a firmware where no install pks options were given.
so believe it or not but who is believing this shit is very naive.

-he only had the old keys so its only a 3.55 which is a spoof
-it is not really a cfw
-homebrew is not supported yet and he never had any proof running any kind of homebrew
-he twittered the whole time, so everyone could read what he is planning to do

Kakarotos doesn't fall under the DMCA or whatever as he doesn't live in the USA, let alone whereever the fk it is California or whatever, he lives somewhere in Europe I'm pretty sure. Don't see why he would feel threatened in any way.
