i am broski916
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); is there anyway to have my backup saved on my external hardrive so if I want to play a game I just connect it because I dont have enough memory on my ps3 also do I have to have the disc of need for speed hot pursuit to backup it? because I had the disc for AC brotherhood but I didnt use anything from its game folder to play the backup

yes there is away first you need to format you external to fat32 i used EASEUS Partition Master 6.5.2 Home Edition. Next goto your backup manager and you will see your ps3 HDD and your external HDD just hit copy and the first option depending on your backup manger is your internal HDD hit no the the second option would be your external HDD.

to transfer from your computer to your external HDD just download a game and name the folder the games id Example No more heroes: heroes paradise id is BLJS10072. next on you HDD make a folder called GAMES or GAMEZ depeneding on how the backup manger locates games. transfer your games to the GAMES/GAMEZ folder and thats it.

yes you have to format your external HDD to make it a fat32 format

So did i get that right ?


If i make a Folder called GAMEZ on my external HDD

I can play the back ups without having them on my ps3 hdd?

Depending on backup manger is its either GAMES or GAMEZ
