This is from BobbyBlunt, a moderator over at PS3 Hax. He decided to be a good sport and volunteer as a 'tester' for the supposed 3.56 CFW - and what he found was very interesting.

I have censored the link to this file and password to protect anyone else from unknowingly installing 3.56 OFW, and then being stuck with no way to downgrade.

b4 anyone posts anything there should be a requirment of proof in the form of unedited video of someone 1.downloading the files from the link 2. formating and putting files on usb 3. follow usb to the ps3 4. update/downgrade and/or install/uninstall homebrew/mods 5. ps3 power down and power up afterwards and using openning homebrew apps or showing the mods
