Then a guide tells me to go to the Blus folder and find the eboot.bin, which is not there..?? Now what do i do?

Maybe you deleted it...? I don't have the CFW anymore so I can't really look into it :/

It sounds like whatever CFW you're using has peek and poke. HtD, the thread you were looking at says you don't copy the eboot. From the thread : "1. Copy just the data folder from your USRDIR Fallout New Vegas backup to dev_hdd0/game/FONV3000 folder (not usrdir folder and dont copy EBOOT.BIN =P)"

Geohots doesnt have peek and poke, but multiman the version i have allows peek level 2 or w/e.

I meant 420 had peek and poke but the lv2 patcher only works on CFW with the peek and poke, on geohot you still need to replace the data files

Just do KMEAW FW. Geohot EBOOTs are so hard.

Im on Geohot, can i upgrade to that FROM geohot, or do i have to go to OFW first?

Well I'm not certain I went to OFW first. Either way you must install via recovery menu.
