when on hex editor i search for the crap but it dosnt come up with it!! some one help

it is possbile because the email sent to him was sent to another email also the one it was changed to but that email is FAKE tried emailing it and got an error

Just call Sony. Tell them the information of the account and they will recover it for you and ban the person who changed the info of the account.
