You can still jailbreak it, but it's risky. I wouldn't recommend it.
It's quite difficult to do.

I'm not sure what "x3max" is.

x3max is usb modchip which has a jailbreak on it or sth like that

man x3max stopped working from firmware 3.50..
your only option now is cfw on 3.55 and below

but im on 3.56 how can i downgrade without a risk like bricking

theres no possible way to downgrade atm

You can't, because the downgrade method listed above involves bricking.
