Post: Multiman 1.15.00 on external HDD

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I recently got my new external, and I was pretty happy that I could put all my games on it. This would be great, but for every game I put on there it is just sending me back to the XMB or getting a black screen. I'm running Kmew CFW and Multiman 1.15.00.

Stuff you might want to know -
I reinstalled Multiman, got a new version, and used fix permissions. I also formated my HDD to FAT32 and Multiman does recognize all of my games.

Edit: Disgaea 3 and Modern Warfare 2 work, Star Ocean 4 gets a black screen, and Red Dead sends me back to the XMB. When I install Red Dead it says my game data is corrupted and it has to reinstall. After it reinstalls I just get sent back to the XMB. I'm not sure what SO4's problem is though.

Red dead wont work because it has files larger than 4gb on them and for some shit reason fat 32 doesnt work like that so splits the files

Thanks for letting me know. I'm going to delete Star Ocean off my HDD and put it back on there in case a file was corrupted or something.

I knew how FAT32 works because I have had experience with it in the past, but I didn't expect Red Dead to have files over 4 gb.

Well, it seems SO4 has split files as well. The reason I bought an external was to have all my games on it and so far 2 of them won't run from it. My 80gb internal isn't enough for all of this.

thats weird ... it used to work for me and suddenly it doesnt. I played it interally I came on here to see why its not working. Is it possible to get it working without the need for an external? I have tried the latest version of multiMAN and Rogero 7.9c but it brings me back to the xmb.

FF13 has split files as well. At least I know which it is, and it's just a movie so I can compress it Happy
