Yes, it is now possible to create your own Custom Dynamic Themes.

I'm never a fan of copy and paste, but unfortunately this entire tutorial was written in Spanish.

I'd recommend using Google Chrome to translate it, as I can't just translate the text and paste it here, considering the large number of pictures and such in that tutorial.

Who am I?
Looks a little too complicated for what it is, not work risking it, there's always a chance of bricking PS3/PSP when you mess with the flash.

Really want to do this but way too hard, same with the coldboot stuff. going to wait till you will only have to ftp a couple of files without hex editing like the psp
