one you use a jailbreak device the other is a firmware. Thats the only difference in the two. There both the same.

ill keep 3.41 but its up to you. There will be a time when there will be no CFW.

3,41 you can run unsigned .pkgs with 3.55 jailbreak you have to use signed .pkg

~With your 3.55 CFW PS3 you can RUN any Game, on your 3.41 PS3 for example you can't because the games were made to run on firmware 3.55 or higher ONLY, a good example would be Call of Duty Black Ops. You have to change the PARAM.SFO to run the game on your 3.41 PS3, which can take a while.

~With your 3.41 PS3 if you back up the games, they mostly always work, on your 3.55 CFW you sometime get a Black Screen/ Error.

Well it doesn't matter anymore now, you can't go online on both CFW's, so they both have their advantages and disadvantages.
