(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); sorry this is first thread dont flame me lol if i did something wrong so here is my question. someone last night told me that "i have a program. that if you delete game data for black ops and have this program on your ps3 when you redownload game data that it scrambles the console banned code and it will never reach your mac address" my thoughts: soundslike it could be right because your once you delete data the ps3 doesnt know its banned from a game you havent played/installed. so then the program would be able to reject the ban as you are downloading the game data. sooooo really plausable to me please let me know what you think or if im slow for even posting this lol :embarrassed:

I recon this is bogus, considering the fact that once your banned its on their servers not on your console, if there is a program that "blocks" your mac address it would more than likely have been all over these forums by now, plus it would more than likely have to have been used before the console/user was banned, chances are they dont just use your mac address anyway, theyve probably banned the psn name too

yes some you said is correct but as for them having your console banned they must have some info on your personal ps3 hence a console ban not just psn user and as for it being all over this site. there are other sites (not naming lol) and what if the person doesnt want to become the next geohot lol i dont know just things im thinking and heard and if they have my conesole that just means when i download the game data they are gonna resend my ban code to my mac address(i think) and thats where the program would play its part and scramble the ban code before it hits my mac address therefor the console doesnt get banned after downaload and you would be able to play even on the 15th hacked account that got the ban in the first place

MAC addresses aren't a software thing it's a hardware thing plus logs are kept on your PS3 listing games you've played
