(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Because many people are asking how to launch black screen games as a back up e.g. mw2, cod 4, pop etc



1. load Multiman 1.15.01 You must login or register to view this content.

2. install it

3. launch it

4. now hover over mw2 or cod 4 (it is required that the back up is on external hdd)

5. press select + x

6. see this message popping up You must login or register to view this content.

7. go to yes

8. launch it

thats all

works with all black screen games

no a hdd and usb stick is not the same.

but both will be plugged in using usb so it will be shown as usb

Anyone have success with CoD4? I get a an error (80001blahblahblah) Means it can't boot....

Maybe it's my eboot, I did a search for the original, but couldn't find one. If anyone could upload/link me to one, it would be greatly appreciated.

when i try pressing sellect and x it says your current configuration dont support this function what amm i doing wrong or havnt downloadded???

there was a new multiman which is your current version?

or just delete yours and download the one shown in the link 1st page

DUDE THAT WOULD BE GREAT, PLEASE DO! If this help, o downloads Borderland from PS3ISO.com. When I start-up Borderland, it asks me to update to 1.05. So I do, then it restarts my PS3. When I say no, it gets stuck on black screen. When you make the video, can you do a full detail. Like, show it on the XMB first, go into multiMAN, close up on the Borderlad back-up file, then do a close up on the bottom left corner to see if it's on HDD, USB, or disc. Then, press it to load and I just want to see if it loads to the menu. If it does, then I'm doing something wrong :/. Did you back-up Borderlad from a website or from the original disc?

ah see i didnt update, but then again i didnt get asked to update i'm gonna presume the update was already on the disk cos it's a recently new one not preowned. hit circle and reject the update (clear it from game data utility) it might just be putting the update in the wrong folder or something stupid like because i think, not 100% sure, theres a update folder in the same file as the place you backed up the game. and i'll do the video now and i'll post a link..i've only got my phone to record it on like so it wont be brilliant. and as i said above i've got the disk version i'll show that in video in case it's like different edition or anything. video up in a few minutes..


Oh ok. Thanks again. When I press circle, all it does is cancel the update then it's stuck on black screen.
