theres something called cracked games. which allow you to download and play the game offline or you can use something called alterIWNET to play MW2 online pc, which is what i use.

i do that but it sucks... servers are laggy as hell i just bypass the bane with liberation and can only play on private matches with no lag much better + i have a full list of friends online every day anyo ther way sucks ....

well if you want to play private witch i doubt it because you wont have any friends to play with ill give you one of my banned accounts and you can just download it off steam then use liberation ,,,,to bypass bane and play only private matches ...yet again you wont have any friends on friend list to play witch so i dont know how that will work for you and it takes up to 3-24 hours to download codmw2 on steam

or i can just upload my games since i have the 2 original disks and it would be a lot faster but it depends how much net speed you push to download it ...because after that you have to use virtual Disk to make a game data disk so you can install it from disk instead of steam (disk takes about 1 hour to install ..but again i dont support piracy... after that you have to bypass the serial part witch i can do
