Post: "Rootkit" on 3.56 firmware? :S

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I read on ps3-hacks that Sony has added a "Root-kit" in the latest firmware which allows them to basically go into your system and look for CFWs and Homebrews and such so I was wondering, Am I at risk to get console banned?
I only have Blackbox's FTP server for 3.55 on my system as of now and don't know whether or not Sony will actually "look" into my console and find it.
As you can probably tell I am very confused about this as i Have just read it like 10 minutes ago and need info ASAP!
Thanks!
PS. Will the Blackb0x FTP Server still work on 3.56?
