Are your 2PS3s perma banned of Call of Duty Black ops or of PSN?

I know how to change your mac address, to play Black Ops online again, but you CAN NOT change the mac address of your PS3 to be unbanned of PSN, if you are banned of PSN, Sony bans your IP, your PS3 IP, and you can not change that one. Sorry, hit me up if you need any other help.
