There is probably a similar question like this somewhere but I wanted to post my own thread.
The way I have my modem, router, and PS3 set up I was wondering if it's possible to build a lag switch with the cable that goes from my PS3 to my wireless router. I am a floor away from my router and modem.
This is how I set it up:
The modem has an ethernet cable going from it to my wireless router. Then the wireless router has an ethernet cable going to my desktop and another ethernet cable going to my PS3. Will I be able to build the lag switch on the ethernet cable going from the wireless router to my PS3. My modem only has 1 ethernet port on it.
