I tried going into service mode, and later found out i couldnt get out of it, so then my cousin camo over and did the system>update on service mode and now everytime i boot my ps3 it resumes the update and gets stuck at 0% then shows red screen with a bunch of lenguages. Does anyone know how to fix this.
I NEED HELP ASAP

Do u by anyway live in texas, u might live were i do, i might give them a call. How long will it tAKE AFTER I TAKE IT IN FOR RESTORE>?

lol in that case i would just buy a new ps3, this ps3 is brand new, everytime i send them something they **** it up, like my first ps3 out of the box, they scratched it all over and said that they didint do nothing and they claim to have taken piks of it when it was there,

Yea i know but if you got it brand new dont you have warranty on it? that way you can just get a new one..
if not then i guess buying a new one is the only way to go :confused:

No, i'm sorry, i live in New Jersey. And it might take up to 3 hours or even a day because you, they are always busy with other computers or whatever they're fixing.

The thing is they gave me this ps3 in exchange for another ps3.
I got it in december and u kno how they give the crappy 90day after service warranty. Well i still have it. this is last month.
But if i tell them that they messed up my ps3, there are going to be like uhm let me check here, u have warranty. Okey so it will be 150$ and we will fuk up ur ps3. I dont think so lol
