the 3.55 one can still use black ops on another account if you use ur banned account anyway after upgrading that console to 3.56 it will get console banned

well see man before u start bitchin, i hacked my accounts on one ps3 and played with my good account (that i hacked) on my good ps3 that i didnt hack and for sum reason they think that they can console ban it with no proof that i hacked with that ps3.

Yes, i would update. If you're banned from Black Ops i don't really think you should update, because in my opinion, Black Ops sucks...
