i would have 3.55 cfw on it because of the support for homebrew and the piracy that no one does lmao and online still works unless theres something special about 3.41 except that you can run unsigned code

Yes. With CFW you don't have to unplug, plug in, power on device and hit power eject.

Well this would be a hard decision, because you can run nearly ANY pirated games on your 3.41 PS3, on your 3.55 you can't as you sometime get a black screen if you back up games or run pirated games. But you are banned of Black Ops on your other PS3s, so i would update your PS3, so you can have fun on Black Ops again and since you already have 1 PS3 to get patches on your other PS3s the 3.41 PS3 is useless.

I say: Update because the 3.41 PS3 is useless because you already have a PS3 with that you can jailbreak ect.
