When i finally have time to play around with my ps 3 console, i just realised theres a ton of brands in different shapes and sizes of the ps 3 jailbreak dongle out there.

What would be the best or most common brands that people use these days? I have also heard of fake jailbreaks.

any advice is appreciated

mate don't buy dongles their useless as we have custom firmware that you download which is better than dongles.

Jail breaking is old, CFW is free and works on the latest firmwares. The latest version is 3.55 CFW but 3.56 is currently is progress.

If you wanna get Jailborken PS3. Just get the 3.41 it's alot better then dealing with the 3.55. There is a 3.41 PS3 for sell on the fourm, if you need a link please as. Thx hope I helped!

don't get a dongle, they are awful, if you have not updated to 3.56 DON'T!!! Stay on 3.55 or update to 3.55 and install kmeaw cfw 3.55 for FREE!!! but if you have updated to 3.56 it is too late for now but there are many devs working on that now so there is a new cfw for 3.56 around the corner!
