i found a method go to system restore and it will delete all things and the ****ing 3.56 OFW,then you can update 3.55-jb first the official 3.55 OFW =D

just becareful about downgrading FROM 3.56.....there are a lot of useful posts here....but don't end up bricking ur ps3 and getTING it stuck under the factory reset mode....that will be a nightmare.....do your homework and research before u go do something that will fawk up ur PS3....take ur time......i'll try to find some useful & reliable threads on here....... :banhamma:
