Kmeaw CFW
400 GB Western Digital Scorpio Blue HDD
Multiman 1.15

I have been using this CFW for awhile now. I have noticed that the XMB locks up (not the freezing issue) for a second or two then moves on to my next selection. I only have three games backed up on the HDD. NFSHP, COD 5, and GTA4. Has anyone else had this issue?

Kmeaw works fine for me
Haven't had any lag
I don't know what could be causing it
Sorry I couldn't help

It hasn't affected me that bad, just when booting up i get the spinning things for a while.
If its too bad try a differant cfw or just go on official

That was the first thing I did. It could be a bad HDD.

Are you on an older console model? (The 256mb nand)? It's compatible and all, but I read around that kmeaw had some freezing issues. Mine works absolutely flawlessly.

It could be a certain game that you're playing. It's really smooth for me when i play MW2. When I play BFBC2, it gets laggy.

I'm also thinking it could be NFSHP. It has 18,558 file to it.
