After that im going to Gaia manager 2.4 and it completly freezes, i cannot even turn it off with power button, i need to pull out the pwower cable.....

Multiman is starting aswell, i have a game inside ps3 but he doesnt show it on multiman, and gaia neither. then i have to reject and inject the cd 2-3 times and it shows on screen


Is the CFW making ps3 slower after a while? or is it only all those homebrews and psn games that slows it down ?

I have a 250gb , got 101gb left with an extern hdd with 1TB, and 700gb left on that

1. Delete your messages
2. Delete any unused data (videos, photos, music etc)
3. Delete any game data which you no longer use
4. Delete some homebrew.

delete anything not needed now on ur console. For example photos, music, messages, save data utility etc this all takes up data on console which slows it down that little more!

As everyone said delete unused stuff.

The ps3 is like a computer. Too many files on it and it slows wayy the f*ck down.
Messages, hombrew, psn games, game data utility, it all slows your ps3 down. Try deleting stuff you don't use or play any more. Like i used to play mgs4 on my 80gb ps3. When i bought mw2 it froze a lot. When i deleted everything related to mgs4 (because its a big game) It worked fine.

try a differnt cfw maybe it will help

Its all about ur friends, and messages. Idk about demos but im sure about the friends and messages. delete friends that dnt even log in and messages and your ps3 will speed up
