Dude ps3 is region free meaning you can play pal, usa, aus, jap, any region ps3 game.

NTSC is the video format for north america, PAL is the video format for Europe... so dont buy bluray DVDs and PS3 games in europe and expect to play them here, and vice versa, it won't work....:bro:

what in the world are you saying, i have download and bought pal and Japanese games for my ps3 and each one of them work. besides the guy asked about iso's which i have AC brotherhood AC2 and blur all working on my ps3. I have a NTSC ps3 40gig, all i said is that the ps3 is region free and can play ps3 games from other countries. i didn't say which, i should of said is to make sure his tv can handle the video play back of a pal region game. Besides most TV's these days can handle pal region games.

before u rip me, read what i wrote. i was answering questions bout PAL and NTSC, not ISO's. get ur facts straight...as for piracy, i dont condone it....so i won't give a rast's asss what game u think u are playing either in PAL or NTSC.....FACTS ARE FACTS....and no......not all HDTV's in the USA play in PAL....FALSE....why should they? we dont use the PAL system......../facepalm

:n00b:now that being said, the're are some HD Monitors that can support PAL....maybe u have one of them....but dont assume all TV's in USA have PAL system.......if they did, why have a bunch of difference systems to begin with, why not just have one then........CHEW ON THAT.....:bat:
