The actual file inside it is 995 bytes while the archive is 5MB the file is UPL.xml.pkg.. It is the only file contained in their, yet the archive is 5MB. I added UPL.xml.pkg to a separate tar file and tried adding it back to the pup folder and instead it changed from 5MB to 3KB and when I pack it, my PS3 doesn't recognize it... What am I doing wrong/missing?
