Then, back up your game to an external hard drive (IT MUST BE EXTERNAL!)

When you're done backing your game up, go to ps3pkg.de.vu, put the game id of your game in the box, and click submit
Then, click the patch you want, put it in the root of your usb, and install with install package files

Now, open multiMAN, highlight the game you want to play, hold down select, and press x, select yes, and press Ok

Now click on the game as you regularly would on your XMB

And it should work!

This works for games such as Dead Space 2, MW2, MW1, WaW, and other black screen games!
