There is no way of running unsigned code on PS3 at this time. There was a COD4 savedata hack that allowed certain vars to be changed, but it has since been patched. What you want is not possible.

the game save hacks for cod4 no longer work? why do i still see people using them online then? i have seen unlimited ammo on m203 claymores and no reload just last nite my entire clan witnessed a fully auto g3 and m-16 so if hacks don't work how are people doing this?

people have found a hack 4 cod4 on all systms there finaly smart enough not to release it and have it patched right away
