Post: Sony's Little Mistake
02-09-2011, 02:58 AM #1
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); If this is not the right section, I apologize since I wasn't sure. Mod please move if it is.
Sony is fighting us hackers, and releasing the patches are a little obstacle course.
But patching the DNS bypass was their mistake.
How so?
Well all the hackers goal...or most of them, is to hack and to be able to go online. Now that they can't do that, all of them are working together trying to hack 3.56.
More hackers fighting sony at once, and they're going to release 3.60 soon.

They should of left the bypass alone.

I apologize if it is a misleading title in anyway.
And this is just my opinion. Tell me and the NGU community as to what you think.

The people that groaned this post, there has been a misunderstanding. And the only reason you said no thank you to this post is because you think I'm not a hacker or because I'm not Premium (which is actually a reason to some people groaning others, which is a shame). Even though I am, just not a professional.

I posted this later in the post, but not everyone reads through all the posts. So:

I can hack, just not all that well. I mod files to gain access to programs and such, i dont hack FW or create programs like blackbox because i am not a programmer/developer.
i will be learning c++ soon, so we will see how that goes.Smile
but i am considered to be a hacker to most, just not an elite one. and plugging in a usb is not hacking at all-but thanks for the info :y:

He said, "Sony is fighting us hackers." Unless he is working on a custom firmware, I think he is talking about using the cfw.

that makes us hackers look up the Definiton: computer user who attempts to gain unauthorized access to proprietary computer systems.

That is very very true.... about 95% of these people don't know how to code.

but any way, since GeoHots out of the picture, and he helped out alot with 3.55cfw i dunno how long its gonna take fail0verflow and the rest of the pro hackers to make a new cfw, could be days, months even years lol, looks like i might have to actually get a ps3 on 3.41 cfw, sucks to be me lol!

Not many of us can even consider ourselves as being a 'hacker', being that many of us have done nothing towards the development/testing of CFW or any homebrew apps. I myself know I am no hacker as all I have done is used pre-made exploits for my personal use let it be homebrew or FTP for transferring patches. Maybe someday I'll learn how to hack, haha
