I am error
Ok, i put my 3.56 ps3 into recovery mode (not the bricking one, the hold the power button down one) put the 3.56OFW on to USB and it detects and updates it, mind you this ps3 has had both 3.56 installed properly via internet. When you try anything else such as 3.55OFW or CFW, havnt tried anything below actually but cant see any difference, it says data corrupted.
Now I unpacked 3.56OFW then repacked straight away no changes, and when you put it on the usb and in recovery again it says data corrupted?
Now that tells me we havn't decrypted the 3.56 keys properly, i would do it but i suck at maths.
If this can be confirmed and the keys are corrected surely we can sign the 3.55 as official 3.56 data then downgrade?

Hey atm I don't have the right programs and my linux isn't working right but if I can get you the lv2dr keys can u sign the lv2diag.self files for 3.56?? cuz the keys are now different and no, it will still be 3.55 fw to ur question.

I dont know too much about the self files, just learning all this. So were signing the 3.56 fw with 3.55 keys? Well thats is a kick in the nuts, ive downloaded them and though it was little too soon for a public release of the 3.56 keys(at least working ones).
