you will need:

-FTP

-CFW

1.go to the root NPIA00005>PIC1 in the FTP

2.copy it to usb or desktop and edit it with paint or PS

3.once finished editing it,save it and open FTP again

4.replace the original PIC1 with the modified PIC1

5.look or load up PS HOME and your image is now loaded!
