well i assume that you had a DNS server bypass u need to connect ur ps3 to the internet like normal by network settings..... then just press update good luck

ok i got rid of the dns and proxy, back on 3.55 ofw still same outcome.

are u sure you got rid of it u went to network settings < wireless or wired and used it by normal... Well the only option is pull out your wireless modem or a your Ethernet cable and wait one minute and try again
