The way this thread will work is I will list the RCO Like these...
Ex: (N)GiGoO_plugin.rco - (F)Does SH1T - (D)Includes icons (poo,poop,duty & shat) also includes text (&*$*@&^#^#@&^$#@&$^)

F - Function
U - UNKNOWN
(/) - Not Extractable
I will list the name of the RCO and then the function and description please note that I might now have all of these at the moment and you all are welcome to help me..
I will update this thread little by little don't rush me!
Also Below is RCO Mage (Credits ZiNgABuRgA) which allows you to edit these files...
I will also upload all the RCO's Later on!

1)Download both links I posted
2)Now extract both to your desktop
3)After all that just open up RCOMage and start decompiling and taking a look at both the images extracted the text and the .xml
4)Then post a reply quoting my post saying...
-Name of the .RCO
-Possible function
-Possible description

Well you obviously cannot read this is not a 2 minutre job I have to decompile every single rco found in resouces figure out what it does and then post it... Read the DONT RUSH ME PART!
